ACCEPTANCE OF HIGHEST BID FOR FORMER
BLUHM HOUSE
WHEREAS, the Common Council authorized the advertising of
bids for the former Bluhm House with one acre of land, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:

Ervin Stolz
Michael Fockler
Paul Bergen
Eugene Kawczynski
Earl Zabel
Louis Karpenski
Joseph Beskidniak
T. C. Davis

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the high
bid of Robert Weiher in the amount of
$15.000.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the high bid ofn Robert
for the purchase of the former Bluhm House with one acre of
land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney, Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized to execute the necessary documents to
consummate the sale as quickly as possible.
