AUTHORIZING THE BID OF SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
MSS-G-70 (NORTHEAST DIST.)
WHEREAS, the Public Hearing for the Northeast District was
held on November 23, 1970, and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for this District will be
ready for bidding in the very near future, and
WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, require
authorization before advertising for any bids,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Consulting Engineer-.
ing Firm of Ruekert & Mielke to advertise for bids for san-
itary sewer installations in the Northeast District, Project
MSS-G-70.
