APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF PARKLAND NO. 1
e WHEREAS, Muskego Parkland Shopping Center, Inc. has submitted
for final approval, Parkland #1 which is the first phase of
their Planned Development, and
WHEREAS, approval had been given subject to the provisions
that the recommendations of the City's Consulting Engineers
be followed and the agreement prepared by the developers and
the City Attorney be executed, and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been given approval by all State
and County Agencies,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby give final approval to the Plat known
as Parkland No. 1.
