ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLAN COMMISSION
TO DENY A PETITION TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE
AND TO REZONE PROPERTY IN SECTION 29
WHEREAS, the Common Council has been petitioned to change the
text of the Zoning Ordinance which would permit school buses
in an OIP District and would rezone a portion of land east
of the Muskego Volunteer Fire Department Sub-station from R1
to R1 with an OIP Overlay in order that a school transportation
bus terminal could be established, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Comission has recommended denial of this
petition,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan
Comission and deny the request to change the text of the
Zoning Ordinance which would pennit school buses in an OIP
.District and would rezone a portion of land east of the Muskego
Volunteer Fire Department Sub-station from R1 to R1 with an
OIP Overlay.
