e ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID OF INDUSTRIAL APPRAISAL
COMPANY FOR CITY 'S INSURANCE NEEDS
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee of the Common Council feels that
it would be advantageous for the City of Muskego to have an
appraisal of all the insurance carried by the City, as well as
the development of specifications for bidding, and
WHEREAS, the following quotations have been received:
National Appraisal Co. $2,000.00 plus $200.00 per
Yr. for revaluations
Industrial Appraisal Co. $1,330.00 plus $133.00 for
the first year's revaluation
and,
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the Industrial
Appraisal Company be hired, e
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the quotation of Industrial
Appraisal Company in the amount of $1,330.00 plus $133.00 for
the first year's revaluation service for an insurance appraisal
and the development of specifications for bidding of the City's
insurance needs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
authorized to execute the necessary documents
the City.
