DENIAL OF CLAIM OF JAMES RqSS
WHEREAS, James Ross.has filed a claim against the City of
Muskego in the amount of $5,000.00 as a result of a bicycle
mishap suffered by his daughter, Paula T. Ross, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the City Attorney have
recommended denial of the claim,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the claim of Mr. James
Ross in the amount of $5,000.00.
