DENIAL OF CLAIM OF MR. MIKE LANG

WHEREAS, Mr. Mike Lang has filed a claim against the City of
Muskego in the amount of $136.30 as a result of an error
he claims was made on his 1969 real estate assessment, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the City Attorney have
recommended denial of the claim,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the claim of Mr. Mike
Lang in the amount of $136.30
