DENIAL OF CLAIM OF MRS. VERA HOEFS
WHEREAS, Mrs. Vera Hoefs has filed a claim against the City
of Muskego as a result of an error she claims was made on
her 1969 real estate assessment, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the City Attorney have
recommended denial of the claim,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny the claim of Mrs. Vera Hoefs.
