RESOLUTION $1249-70
APPROVAL OF RENTAL AGREEMENT ON CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF FORMER BLUHM PROPERTY
WHEREAS, there existed an agreement between the City of Muskego
and Mr. Harold Diekfuss for the rental of the former Bluhm
property for the year 1970 and now owned by the City of Muskego,
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Diekfuss has indicated a desire to again rent
the land for the year 1971, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that approval
of the rental agreement,be given,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby agree to rent a portion of the former Bluhm
property now owned by the City of Muskego for $10.00 per
acre plus whatever monies are received from the ASC Office
of Waukesha County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name
of the City. .?
