REJECTION OF ALL BIDS FOR BUILDING
AT KURTH PARK
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego authorized
the Park and Recreation Board to advertise for bids for the
construction of a recreation building for Kurth Park, and
WHEREAS, the low bid received was in the amount of $42,727.00,
and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Park and Recreation
Board to reject all the bids received,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of the Park
and Recreation Board, reject all bids which were received for
the construction of a recreation building in Kurth Park.
