LEGAL LOT STATUS
(Mary Preston)
WHEREAS, Mrs. Mary Preston, owner of Lot 16, Mill Valley
Subdivision, Unrecorded, has petitioned the Common Council
of the City of Muskego to grant legal lot status to this
lot prior to the construction of sanitary sewer, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended to the Comon Council that said lot be
declared a legal lot,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the recormnendation
of the Plan Commission and declares that Lot 16, Mill
Valley Subdivision, Unrecorded, is a legal lot in
accordance with Sec. 18.28 of the Subdivision Control a Ordinance.
