GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM THE SUBDIVISION
CONTROL ORDINANCE
WHEREAS Mr. Delbert Miller, owner of Lot 1, Blk. 1, Lendale Heights
Subdivision, has petitioned for a variance from the zoning require-
ments in the district in which he lives and which would permit him
to divide the above lot, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has determined that the requested
division would not be contrary to the public well-being and that
to apply provisions of the Subdivision Control Ordinance literally
would result in undue hardship to Mr. Miller,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant, upon the recornendation of the Plan
Connnission, to Mr. Delbert Miller, a variance from the Zoning
Ordinance as provided in Sec. 18.30 of the Municipal Code which
into one 137.41'~ 119.77' and one 130' x 119.77' lot.
would permit the division of his present lot of 267.41' x 119.77'
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr. Miller is directed to have the
necessary Certified Survey Map prepared and presented to the Plan
Connnission for approval. -
