CCR1970243RESOLUTION 11243-70 GRANTING VARIANCE FOR TWO LOTS IN TESS CORNERS INDUSTRIAL PARK a WHEREAS, Root River Investment Company owns 390' of frontage on Tess Corners Drive, and WHEREAS, they have requested a variance of 5' from the re- quired lot width in order that two industrial lots of 195' can be created, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that the variance be granted in accordance with Sec. 18.30 of the Municipal Code, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby grant a 5' variance from the lot width require- ments on lands owned by Root River Investment Co. along Tess Corners Drive in Section 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this variance is granted in accordance with the provisions of Section 18.30 of the Municipal Code and it is determined that a literal interpra- tation of the Municipal Code would provide undue hardship on the owners of the land. e DATED THIS A L/ DAY OF fld1970. 6 ATTEST:
