AUTHORIZING RENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
A B DICK CO. AND CITY OF
MUSKEGO
WHEREAS the City Clerk's Office is in need of a copy machine
to replace the 3M machine previously used, and
WHEREAS an AB Dick Electric Copier can be rented from the
Robertson Company at a cost of $45.00 per month which includes
the cost of maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the city must agree to rent the machine for a one-
year period,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk to rent,
for a 12-month period, a AB DicY {I675 copy Machine at a
cost of $45.00 per month, including maintenance costs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute whatever documents may be necessary.
