RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
FOR GRANT TO ACQUIRE OPEN-SPACE LAND. (Idle Isle)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego applied for a grant of
federal funds to assist in the purchase of Idle Isle, and said
application has been approved; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a contract be entered
into between the City and the United States of Amerlda regarding
said grant, and said contract has been reviewed by the Mayor and
Common Council and recommended by the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and hereby are, authorized to execute the Contract For
Grant to Acquire and Develop Land for Open-Space Purposes Under
Title VI1 of the Housing Act of 1961, as Amended, which contract
has been submitted by the Department of Housing and Urban Develop-
I ment and is identified as Contract No. WIS.-OSA-88(G).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute such further documents as may be
necessary or required to effectively complete the terms of said
contract. I
