AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A JACK HAMMER
FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPT.
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee had requested quotations
for a Wacker Jack Hammer, and
WHEREAS, a low quotation in the amount of $975.00 has been
received from Airing Equipment Company, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
low quotation from Airing Equipment Co. in the amount of
$975.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the low quotation of
Airing Equipment Co. in the amount of $975.00 for the pur-
chase of a Wacker Jack Hammzr.
