AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A STREET
LIGHT AT THE CORNER OF PIONEER DRIVE
AND RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, the reconstruction of Racine Avenue has created a
dangerous intersection at ‘the point where Pioneer Drive and
Racine Avenue intersect, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that an overhead street light
be provided pursuant to the policy of the City to erect overhead
lighting on major intersections,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Wisconsin Electric Power
Company to erect an overhead street light of 250 watts at the
intersection of Pioneer Drive and Racine Ave.
