GRANTING DEFERRED ASSESSMENT To MR.
FRED FARNSWORTH
WHEREAS, a sewer easement is necessary from Mr. Fred Farnsworth
in order that sewer service can be provided for the Anthony
Rosecky residence located at S63 W18747 College Ave., and
WHEREAS, Mr. Farnsworth has agreed to the granting of the
easement, subject to receiving a deferment of his sewer assess-
ment, and
WHEREAS, the assessment on the Farnsworth property would not
have been necessary had not the City decided to provide the
Rosecky property with sewers,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Attorney to develop
the necessary agreement between the City and Mr. Farnsworth to
provide for the payment of his sewer assessment at the time the
property is built upon or ten years, whichever occurs first.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents.
