AUTHORIZING THE REFUND OF A LATERAL
CHARGE TO ALVIN GIBSON
e WHEREAS, Alvin Gibson, W188 S7576 Oak Grove Dr., has been
charged for. a lateral placed on Lot 19, Oak Grove Subdivision,
through a misunderstanding between himself and the Building
Inspection Department, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended that Mr. Gibson
be refunded the cost of the lateral charge, subject to the
execution and recording of the lateral waiver and the land
covenant,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Sewer
Comittee and directs the Clerk to refund to Mr. Alvin Gibson
the lateral charge in the amount of $280.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this refund is predicated upon
the execution and recording of the sewer lateral wiaver and
the land covenant documents.
