ESTABLISHING 1970 SALARY FOR CHIEF OF POLICE
0 WHEREAS, the salary for the Chief of Police of the City of
Muskego for the year 1970 has never been established, and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said salary was delayed until
completion of the negotiations with the other members of the
Police Department, and
WHEREAS, the Negotiating Committee has recommended that the
1970 salary for the Police Chief for the City of Muskego
be established at $12,750.00 and the benefits granted to the
patrolmen for 1970 also be granted to the position of the
Chief of Police with the exception of overtime pay,,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Negotiating
Committee,does hereby establish the salary for the Chief of
Police at $12,750.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the benefits granted to the
patrolmen under the 1970 contract, shall also be granted
to the position of Chief of Police with the cxception of
overtime pay.
