REQUESTING PERMISSION TO PROVIDE RESIDENCE
INSPECTION FOR SEWER CONSTRUCTION
e WHEREAS, the City of Muskego wishes to provide its own inspectors for the sewer construction projects occurring in the City of
Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Sewerage Commission of the City of Milwaukee requires
that such requests be made by Council action,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby request permission from the Sewerage Commission
of the City of Milwaukee to provide its own resident inspectors
for sewer projects being constructed within the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the inspectors hired by the City
shall be thoroughly trained to assure competent and proper
inspections .
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Muskego agrees that such inspectors shall be under the direct supervision of a professional
engineer registered by the State of Wisconsin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Muskego agrees to abide
by the rules and regulations as established by the Sewerage
Commission of the City of Milwaukee relating to sewer inspections,
asbilt plans and final inspections.
