CCR1970222RESOLUTION #222-70
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Muskego and Mr. James
A. Blake for the purchase and sale of industrial property
located in the Muskego Industrial Park expired on October 14,
1970, and
WHEREAS, Mr. James Blake has requested an extension of time,
subject to him obtaining financing on or before six months
after the installation of sewers, water and access roads, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a six-month
extension from the expiration date of the original agreement
be granted ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant a six-month extension to Mr. James
A. Blake for the purchase and sale of industrial property 1ocat:ed
in the Muskego Industrial Park,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said agreement will expire on
April 14, 1971.
