DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT
ORDINANCE FOR REZONING IN SEC. 25
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that a 1.57
acre parcel of land on S.T.H. 36 in the SWk of Section 25
be rezoned from Agriculture to Agriculture with an OIP Overla.y,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Attorney is directed
to draft the necessary implementing ordinance to rezone a
1.57 acre parcel of land in Section 25 from Agriculture to
Agriculture with an OIP Overlay, for submission to the Counci.1.
