APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF PHASE I OF
PARKLAND PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER, INC.
WHEREAS, preliminary approval has been given to the Planned
Development proposed by Parkland Plaza Shopping Center, Inc.,
and
WHEREAS, a final plat of Phase I of the proposed development
has been given approval by the Plan Commission, subject to
the developers complying with the recommendations of the Con-
sulting Engineers and the execution of the agreement prepared
by the developers and the City Attorney,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the final plat of Phase I
of the Planned Development as proposed by Parkland Plaza
Shopping Center, Inc., subject to the provisions that the
recommendations of the City's Consulting Engineers be followed
and the agreement prepared by the developers and the City
Attorney be executed.
