CCR1970218RESOLUTION #218-70 * AUTHORIZING APPRAISAL OF CITY OWNED LAND
'e WHEREAS, the City has offered for sale approximately 9% acres of land on the east side of Pioneer Drive, and
WHEREAS, one offer to purchase has been received, and
WHEREAS, the Council has indicated the need for an appraisal
to help them in their determination of what is a valid price
for the land,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the hiring of an appraiser
for the purpose of establishing the fair market value for a
9.5 acre tract of land presently owned by the city on the east
side of Pioneer Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost: for such an appraisal
shall not exceed $300.00. 0
