ACCEPTING THE LOW BID OF LINDNER BROS. TO
INSTALL LATERAL ON WES’IWOOD DRIVE
e WHEREAS, the installation of an additional lateral to serve
W173 S7826 Westwood Drive is necessary, and
WHEREAS, this lot was created after the completion of the
sewers in that area, and
WHEREAS, a low quotation of $295.00 has been received from
Lindner Bros. Sewer & Excavating, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended accepting
this quotation,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the low quotation of Lindner Bros..
Sewer & Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $295.00 to install
25’ of sanitary sewer lateral.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to execute the necessary documents.
