AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO DESIGN WATER SYSTEM
AND APPLY TO THE STATE OF WISCONSIN FOR THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE UTILITY
e WHEREAS, it may be desirable to have a central water system in the Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Firm of Ruekert h Mielke require
authorization to design said system, and
WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin requires that a utility be
established if water is to be provided to the lots in the
Industrial Park by a central water system,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authohize the Engineering Firm of
Ruekert & Mielke to design a central water system for the
Industrial Park.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that they are authorized to apply to
the State of Wisconsin for the approval required in establishing
a centralized water system.
