DBSIGNATION OF LEGAL LOTS
(Charles Buehler)
WHEREAS, Charles Buehler, owner of Lots 1 and 2, Blk. 2 and
Lot 4, Blk. 10, Jewel Crest Subdivision, has petitioned the
Common Council of the City of Muskego to grant legal lot status
to these lots prior to the construction of sanitary sewer,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended to the Common Council that said lots be declared
legal lots,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the
Plan Commission and declares that Lots 1 and 2, Blk 2 and
Lot 4, Blk. 10, Jewel Crest Subdivision, are legal lots in
accordance with Chapter X of the Subdivision Control Ordinance. e
