INITIATING PETITION FOR REZONING IN
SOUTHERN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Lots 1 thru 7, Block Cy Southern Heights Subdivision,
have been declared legal lots, and
WHEREAS, a portion of this area is zoned Wetland Floodplain,
WHEREAS, Mr. Harold P. Manske has been given permission to f

the area to conform with the grade established by the filling
in of lots in Meadowdale Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Wetland Floodplain zoning must be removed in order
that Building Permits can be issued,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby, on its own motion, petition for the
rezoning from Wetland Floodplain to RS-2, the area described as1
lying southerly of Southern Heights Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Public Hearing is being set for
November 10, 1970, for this zoning change.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is authorized to
draft the necessary ordinance.
