DECLARING LEGAL LOT STATUS To THE REMAINING

VACANT LOTS IN MEADOWDALE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, on February 23, 1968, the Common Council of the City
of Muskego received a petition from Irene Fohr requesting legal
lot status to all remaining vacant lots in the Meadowdale
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Cormnission has recommended the request be
granted, subject to the city receiving the necessary easement
for drainage purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has received the easement
they feel necessary to insure proper drainage of the area,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Plan Commission, does
hereby declare all vacant lots in the Meadowdale Subdivision
to have legal status.
