DETERMINATION OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

e WHEREAS, on January 13, 1970, a petition from Harold P. Manske
requesting legal lot status for Lots 1 thru 7, Block C, Southern
Heights Subdivision, was received, and
WHEREAS, on January 27, 1970, a recommendation was received
from the Plan Commission to declare these lots legal, subject
to the city receiving the necessary drainage easements and tha.t
the lots are filled to appropriate grades, and
a WHEREAS, the Public Works Cmittee has determined that no
easement is necessary and the proper required grades have been
established by the City Engineers,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby, upon recommendation of the Plan Commission,
declare Lots 1 thru 7, Block C, Southern Heights Subdivision,
to be legal lots.
