DETERMINATION OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
(F. D. Spaight)
WHEREAS, Mr. F. D. Spaight, owner of Lots 46 and 49, Kingstons,-
on-Muskego Subdivision #2, has petitioned the Common Council
of the City of Muskego to grant legal lot status to these lots,,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has recomend-
ed to the Comnon Council that said lots be declared legal lots,,
0 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and declares that Lots 46 and 49, Kingstons-on-
Muskego Subdivision 112 are legal lots in accordance with
Chapter X of the Subdivision Control Ordinance.
