DESIGNATION OF LEGAL LOT
(Viola Frey)
WHEREAS, Mrs. Viola Frey, owner of Lots 9 and 10, Oak Ridge
Unrecorded Subdivision, has petitioned the Common Council
of the City of Muskego to grant legal lot status to these
lots prior to the construction of sanitary sewer, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended to the Common Council that said lots be declared
legal lots,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of
the Plan Commission and declares that Lots 9 and 10, Oak
Ridge Unrecorded Subdivision, are legal lots in
Chapter X of the Subdivision Control Ordinance.
