AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF RESIDENCE AND ONE ACRE
OF THE FORMER BLUHM PROPERTY
(a WHEREAS, the former Ernst Bluhm residence, now owned by the City
of Muskego, will be vacated by the end of October, and
WHEREAS, it would be desirable to sell the residence with one
acre of land,
IREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
Muskego does hereby authorize the Finance to take the necessary
action which would provide for the sale of the property at a
price most advantageous to the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Committee will report
their recommendation back to the Council prior to the final
sale. n
