AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF OUTBUILDINGS ON
THE FORMER BLUHM PROPERTY
a WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is the owner of the several outbuildings
located on the former Ernst Bluhm property, and
WHEREAS, an auction is to be held soon and Mrs. Bluhm has offered
to sell the buildings under the auction contract with the proceeds
going to the city, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recammended that the out-
buildings be sold by auction,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City 'of
Muskego does hereby authorize the sale, by auction, of the out-
buildings located on the former Ernst Bluhm property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the monies received from the sale of
these outbuildings will be payable to the City of Muskego minus
the noma1 auctioneer's commission.
