CCR1970187REJECTION OF PREVIOUS BIDS FOR KUR'M PARK BUILDING
WHEREAS, Resolution #50-70 accepted the bids previously advertised
for the construction of a building in Kurth Park, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the specifications were
improperly drawn, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has recommended that these,
bids be rejected since new specifications were required,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Park and
Recreation Board and reject the bids on the building at Kurth
Park which had been accepted on March 24, 1970.
