DESIGNATION OF A LEGAL MT

e WHEREAS, Mr. Joseph Schoedel, owner of Lot 32 Block 4, Bay Lawn
Subdivision, has petitioned the Common Council of the City of
Muskego to determine the legal status of the lot pursuant to
Section 10 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended to the Common Council that said lot be declared
a legal lot,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and declare that Lot 32 Block 4, Bay Lawn Subdivision,
is a legal lot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Building Inspector is hereby
said lot subject to compliance with all other ordinances of
the City of Muskego.
