ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR MUNICIPAL SEWER PRDJECT
MSS-7-70

WHEREAS, the City Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for the
proposed sewer project for the City of Muskego, and
hlEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project MSS-7-70
which includes the resurfacing of roads with bituminous asphalt:

WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. and the
Public Works Committee have recommended that the bid for Project
MSS-7-70 be awarded to Cathlina Construction Co.,
THEREFOM, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muekego does hereby award the bid €or the proposed Sewer Project
MSS-7-70 to Cathlina Construction Co. in the amount of $244,790.50.
BE IT mRTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk-Comptroller and the
Mayor are hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of
the City of Muskego.
