1. The special assesstlent schedule rvlxich is filed with the
City Clerk as part 05 the ,:eport of the City Engineer relating
to special assessments for the construction of a sanitary
sev?er collection system within said City, which .:eport vas
adopted as the ?.eport of the Comon Council, is hereby inade a
part hereof as though fully set forth herein, and, for the
purpose of paying a portion of the cost of constructing and
installing the sanitary sewer collection systes~ vithin the
City, there is hereby levied and assessed against each of said
