AUTHORIZING TAE PUBLIC WORM COMMITTEE TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ADDITIONAL CULVERT PIPE FOR
THE TESS CORNERS CULVERT PROJECT
WHEREAS, it has been determined that approximately 20 additional1
feet of culvert must be replaced under a portion of S.T.R. 24
in the Tees Corners Culvert Project, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Cormnittee has requested permission to
advertise for bids to have the work done,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Cmittee to
advertise for bids for the replacement of 20 additional feet
of culvert under S.T.H. 24 in the Tees Corners area.
BE IT FURlRER RESOLVED that the Public Works Cormnittee be
authorized to accept the bid most favorable to the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to execute the necessary document in the name of the City. e
