AWARDING TftE BID OF THE TESS CORNERS CULVERT PW)JECT e
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee had been authorized to
advertise for bids for a new and larger drainage culvert in
the Tees Corners area, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
Brookfield Culvert, Inc. $ 11,762.25
Edw. R. Ryan, Inc. 19,939.00
Leo Leuman 24,427.00
L h R Construction Co., Inc. 24,600.00
Super Excavators, Inc. 39,878.00
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
low bid of Brookfield Culvert, Inc. in the amount of $11,762.25
be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the low bid in the amount of
$11,762.25 received from Brookfield Culvert, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to sign the necessary docrrment in the name of the city.
