AUTHORIZING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SEWER ASSESSMENT
DEFERMENT FOR TAE GEORGE SCHAEFER PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the George Schaefer Farm, consisting of approximately
134 acres has an assessable frontage of 2,582.82 feet, and
WHEREAS, the sewer assessment totaled $23,570.25, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a forced sale or forced
development to provide monies for the payment of the sewer
assessment might not be in the best interest of the city, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Schaefer's Attorney has requested that consideration
be given to defer the sewer assessments up to ten years,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Attorney
to develop a deferred assessment plan for the George Schaefer
property.
BE IT FIJRTKER RESOLVED that the proposal shall be referred
back to the Council for their approval.
