ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR MUNICIPAL SEWER PROJECT
MSS-6-70
Northwest District F-6
WHEREAS, the City Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for
the proposed sewer project for the City of Muskego, and
WAEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project MSS-6-70:

James Cape & Sons
Rock Contractors, Inc.
Cathlina Construction
Tomasini Contractors
Leo Dretzka
Parker Company

WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. and the
Public Works Committee have recommended that the bid for Project
MSS-6-70 be awarded to Ramplex, Inc.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby award the bid for the proposed Sewer Project
MSS-6-70 to Raaplex, Inc. in the amount of $327,740.50.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk-Comptroller and the
Mayor are hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of
the City of Muskego.
