Northwest District F-6 e WHEREAS. the Citv Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for
the proposed sewbr project for the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project MSS-5-70

WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. and the
Public Works Committee have recommended that the bid for Pr0jec.t
MSS-5-70 to awarded to James Cape & Sons,
TFEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby award the bid €or the proposed Sewer Pr0jec.t
MSS-5-70 to James Cape & Sons in the amount of $225,378.50.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk-Comptroller and the
Mayor are hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of
the City of Muskego.
