ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR MUNICIPAL SEWER PROJECT EISS-4-70

WHEREAS, the City Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for the
proposed sewer project for the City of Muskego, and
wHF.REAS, the following bids ‘.lave been received for Project MSS-4,-70:

Ramplex, Inc .
L & R Construction
Cathlina Construction, Inc.
Tomasini Contractors
United Sewer & Water
Super Excavators, Inc.

0 WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. and the Public Works Committee have recommended that the bid for Project
MSS-4-70 be awarded to Rock ContCactora, Inc.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby award the bid for the proposed sewer Project
MSS-4-70 to Rock Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $279,890.25.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk-Comptroller and the
Mayor are hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of
the City of Muskego. /I
