PROCEEDINGS BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
AND VACATE CERTAIN ALLEYS LOCATED IN
OAK GROVE, A RECORDED SUBDIVISION IN
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO a

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
(1) That the following described alleys not having been worked
or. used as alleys for a period of five years from the date hereof
and the plat in which said alleys are located, to-wit: Oak Grove
Subdivision, a recorded plat having been recorded in Volume 8,
page 5 of Plats, Waukesha County Records, on the 4th day of June, 1921;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that since the public interests require e
it, the following described real estate in the alleys located in
Oak Grove Subdivision, be and are hereby discontinued and vacated
as alleys, to-wit:
(a) That certain alley as shown on the Plat of Oak
Grove and located between Lots 33 and 34 of Oak Grove
Subdivisi'on.
Grove and located between Lots 31 and 32 of Oak Grove
(b) That certain alley as shown on the Plat of Oak
Subdivision.
(c) That certain alley as shown on the Plat of Oak
Grove and located between Lots 29 and 30 of Oak Grove
Subdivision.
- (d) That certain allev as shown on the Plat of Oak a Grove and located between Lots 27 and 28 of Oak Grove
Subdivision.
(e) That certain alley as shown bn the Plat of Oak
Grove and located between Lots 25 and 26 of Oak Grove
Subdivision.
BE IT PURTHER RESOLVED that upon the vacating of said alleys
that the City reserve to itself, its successors and assigns an
easement in each of said alleys for the purpose of the installation1
of sewer and water mains and other underground utility lines or
mains as may be in the judgment of the City necessary.

That the alleys discontinued and vacated by this resolution are
designated in red on the map hereto annexed and made a part hereof as
@ Exhibit "A".
