AUTHORIZING REFUNDS AS REQUIRED FRDM THE FINAL
ACCOUNTING OF SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT #C-3
WHEREAS, a corrected Sewer Assessment Roll has been calculated by
the Consulting Engineers and has indicated a refund due several
persons, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Comptroller has requested authority to make
the necessary adjustments,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Clerk-Comptroller to make the
following assessment adjustments:
C62 - Ruth Froemming
C82 - Gerald Tryban
C97 - Gerald Tryban
C201 - Karl J. Fohr
C489 - E. Ace Bernstein
C490 - E. Ace Bernstein
C591 - Lee J. Wolf

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Clerk-Comptroller make a direct
cash refund to Karl Fohr in the amount of $399.88 while the .
