AUTHORIZING THE PARK AND RECREATION BOARD
'ID ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR A NFM BUILDING
AT KURTH PARK
WHEREAS, the previous bids for construction of a building at
Kurth Park could not be approved due to errors in the prepar-
ation of the specifications, and
WHEREAS, new plans and specifications have been drafted and
the Park and Recreation Board wishes to bid out the project
once again,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Park and Recreation Board
to advertise for bids for the construction of a building at
Kurth Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Park and Recreation Board
shall submit these bids with their recommendation to the
Council for their approval prior to the beginning of any
construction.
