DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEERS TO DESIGN THE
FLOOD GATE FOR LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE
6 WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has declared
Lts intent to replace the west spillway on Little Muskego Lake
with a larger and more efficient structure, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have the plans and specifications
approved by the State;of Wisconsin prior to the issuance of
any permit,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Engineering Finn of Ruekert
and Mielke to design the proper flood control structure and to
prepare the required plans and specifications for submittal to
the State of Wisconsin for approval. fl
