DECLARING THE CITY'S INTENT M RECONSTRUCT
AND RELOCATE THE MAIN SPILLWAY AT THE SOUTH
END OF LITTLE MUSKEGO LAKE '3'

WHEREAS, there presently exists two spillways at the southern
end of Little Muskego Lake, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it would be in the best
interest of most landowners in the area to abandon the west
spillway and replace the east spillway with a new and larger
flood gate, and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to declare its intent, by this
resolution, regarding the replacement of the spillway,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby declare, subject to the rules and
regulations of the State of Wisconsin, its intent to:
1. Abandon the west spillway on the south end of Little
Muskego Lake.
2, Replace the present east spillway with a new and
larger structure.
3. Close off the connecting streams presently existing
in the area.
BE IT WRTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee and the
Mayor are hereby authorized to apply for the necessary permits
required for
